About Samer Majzoub

Samer Majzoub spent more than two decades leading the Canadian Muslim Forum (CMF), a Quebec-based nonprofit organization that promotes integration, tolerance, and equality. , Samer Majzoub works as a consultant for the Canadian Professional Services Group.

As a consultant, Mr. Majzoub leverages his background in project management, accounting, and strategic planning to advise Montreal-based enterprises. His community service work as the CMF president has been recognized with several accolades, including the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and the National Council of Canadian Muslims' Community Builder Award. In this capacity, he has been a high-profile advocate for the needs of the Canadian Islamic community.

Mr. Majzoub strongly condemned the Pulse Nightclub shooter in Orlando, Florida. “We strongly condemn the random killing of innocent victims based on their sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnicity, or culture,” said Samer Majzoub, President of the CMF.

Mr. Majzoub has pushed for federal representatives to uphold human rights and fight discriminatory legislation. Likewise, he has organized conferences and campaigns to raise awareness of the growing Islamophobia within Canadian society.

In addition to his work in the business and advocacy sector, he has extensive experience in educational administration. He founded a network of elementary and secondary schools and served as a school principal for five years.
